Join us for Croce Elementary’s Family Science Night! This event brings together students and their families for an evening of hands-on science and learning activities led by our community partners.
We’re looking for enthusiastic STEM professionals to inspire young learners through interactive demonstrations and activities that bring science, technology, engineering, arts, and math to life.
Volunteers can choose from two options for their booth or activity:

Option 1: The LLNL Science Education Program (SEP) will provide all materials and instructions for a fun STEM slime activity — a simple and engaging way to get students excited about science.
Option 2: Volunteers may bring their own hands-on STEM activity or demonstration. Simply share your idea with us — we’ll review it to ensure it complements the event and offer any support you need.
Your participation helps make this community event memorable and meaningful for local families while promoting excitement and discovery in STEM.

What’s Provided
Tables and chairs will be provided by the school.
The SEP office will provide all materials for the STEM slime activity, or volunteers may bring their own STEM-themed demonstration.
